Shipping and returns:

I will always aim to send your order out on the same or next day, if received before 12pm. However, as it is just me in my workshop, it may take 3-5 business days. If you require your order urgently, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

 

Uk orders will be sent 1st class and are charged at a flat rate of £1.50 (with proof of sending).

 

International orders will be sent 1st class, which is quoted at taking 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for international deliveries.

 

Returns and exchanges:

It is my sincere hope that you will love any jewellery that you order from MillyWillow.com. If, however, you find that you are not fully satisfied with the item you purchased, I am happy to take returns in their unused state within 14 days of your receiving the piece. Please return the item in its original packaging, including your name and order number. Postage for returns will be at the expense of the purchaser unless the item is faulty. Postage will not be refunded for any unwanted items or exchanges. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be refunded.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is used for delivery at the checkout.

Customs & duty:
The buyer is responsible for any customs, duty or handling charges that may be applied to your order, both in regards to original delivery to your country (if outside of the E.U.) and also if you wish to return your order to us. I am not responsible for any charges or delays due to customs.

Lost or damaged items:
I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail and all items will be shipped with proof of shipping. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo of the issue so I can assess the problem and work with you to provide a suitable resolution. If your parcel looks like it is damaged, or has been tampered with, it is recommended that you refuse delivery. The parcel should then automatically be returned to me, so I can inspect it.
